God is on a relentless pursuit after us. He won’t give up until He has captured our hearts. And even then, the Lord is still chasing us. He is calling us into a relationship with Him that is even more intimate than husband and wife.
God pursues.
He won’t give up.
He captures us.
He wants to be with us.
He is seeking after our hearts.
And the funny thing is,
He created you.
The creator of every living, breathing human desires to love you in a way you have never experienced.
Dead in your trespasses, God still wanted you.
He held you in your mother’s womb and breathed life into you.
Then He whispered to you before you could even speak and said, “I love you”.
As you began to walk, God, our Father, said, “I want to walk with you”.
Each moment you felt like no one was there to hear your cries, He said, “I’m closer than I’ve ever been”.
Every heartbreak, He said, “my love is better”.
The question is, did you hear Him? Because there is an evil one who was created just like you and me, but he turned his back from God. He wants to steal you from your beloved. But you can take back what he has stolen.
You can press on with your eyes focused upwards. Upwards to Heaven. Because your creator is there waiting for you to spend eternity with Him.
It’s never too late to begin a relationship with someone who has loved you all along.
