1. My name is Tatyana Elya. I am 21 years old and I reside in Lynchburg, VA but Roanoke, VA claims my allegiance.
2. I am a committed follower of Yahweh.
3. I have 2 separate sets of parents, but it will probably a take an entire blog post to explain the story behind that. Just note that I love both my natural and God given family with everything in me and God has a plan for every area of our lives.
4. I am both the youngest and oldest sibling without being the only child (solve that riddle).
5. I am referred to as ‘Aunt Lady’ by 9 precious souls whom I love more than life itself. Their names are Nyzaiah, Javion, Dymine, DJ, Taj, Amir, Tristen, Maya, and Zaniyah.
6. Honey Nut cheerios is my favorite cereal. But I genuinely just love to eat, and if I do not have to cook it, that is even better.
7. I am a Class of 2018 Liberty graduate with my degree in Social Work and will be pursuing a Masters in Public Health this Fall.
8. Unashamedly, I have a deep interest in Laffy Taffy jokes and have a notes section on my phone for whenever I hear a new joke that makes me laugh.
9. Basketball is something that I enjoy playing, watching, and being around. This has been the case for a while now and I am currently playing for Liberty University’s Women’s basketball team.
10. My favorite animal is a fish. We did not have animals in the home as a child growing up so I am not too fond of them now, but fish are my favorite because they just do their own thing and require very little assistance or attention.
11. Reading fiction books is something that I enjoy in my “me time”, the time in my day or week when I spend some quality time with myself.
