Heavenly Father, I trust in you with all my heart. I praise your name with all that I have. You are the Lord most high; there is none like you. You have defeated death and sin, and have conquered the enemy. I may not see it but I know you have called me to victory because you have already won victory.I humble myself before you God.
Forgive me of my sins that I have committed against you. Wash me white as snow Father. Match my hearts and desires to yours God. Give me the courage to do what you have called me to do. Help me to lean not on my understanding but your strength and wisdom to walk in your purpose. I give you all the glory in everything I say and do. Less of me, more of you.
Fill my heart with your love and peace. Flood my mind with your thoughts. Lord, convict my heart and draw me near to you. I dedicate my life to you. I will praise your name in song.
You bring death to life. I will be forever exalted in your name. You knew my name before my life began. You tell me I am love, You tell me I am known, and that you died for me. I am not alone. Im right where I’m meant to be because you lead me to your love and desires you have for me.
I have learned in this past week to read the bible in a more joyful way. I was more reading it in a way that was making it more of a habit than trying to get something out of it and what God is trying to say to me. Reading the Bible more joyfully makes it seem like it is easier for me to hear God. I am also learning to just slow down, just enjoy life and let God do everything because He is our everything!
