For the past 10 days I have been in Gainsville, GA at Adventures In Missions’ base for my World Race Training Camp. It was filled with finally meeting my 49 squad mates, eating with our hands, living out of tents, cold bucket showers, incredible worship, healing prayer, and many wonderful teachings. Yes, it was alot!
3 things we continued to come back to during all of this were:
1) Intimacy- Growing, as the church, in intimacy with Christ
2) Community- Maturing and building eachother up. Speaking life and truth into one another.
3) Missions- Go and make disciples of all nations
After half a week of team building exercises and being switched up into smaller groups together, I was finally assigned my little team. What’s the difference between my squad and my team? My squad is the 49 of us that are going on the same country-to-country trip. The squad has been broken down into teams of 6 or 7. While our entire squad will be in the same country each month, all of the teams will be in different places throughout the country and working with different ministries

Meet Janine, Cristin, Carla, Daniel, Myself, Brad and Jack! These are my exit buddies who I will be launching into India with in just 6 weeks!
Y’all, I LOVE my little family and I am so excited to spend the first leg of my race with them ministering and exploring the world. We balance eachother extremely well when it comes to emotions vs realism, gifts in the Spirit, and strengths vs weaknesses. Brad and Cristin are our married couple who I am more than delighted to learn from. Turns out Cristin used to live in Franklin. Small world. ???
Please pray peace over us as we prepare to go out on this huge adventure, comfort as we say goodbye to loved ones and all familiarity for a year, wisdom for packing, and provision as we continue to take on the privilege of fundraising our way through this.
