Just a little life update for anyone that didn’t hear – I am fully funded! Because of that, I wanted to let you know a few things.
- If you donate through the link in my blog, it no longer goes to me, but goes into the Adventures general fund.
- If you would still like to donate, I do still have other expenses that are not included in that fundraising. This includes toiletries, equipment replacement, occasionally food, transportation, and ministry related purchases (craft supplies, etc.). If you would like to continue supporting me, please donate through paypal.me/tarasrace. (Donating here is not tax deductible as it does not go into a nonprofit, but to me personally.)
- Thank you so much to everyone who donated. I’m not sure it’s really sunk in yet that I am fully funded, but I have been blown out of the water by how faithful the Lord has been in the fundraising for this trip. Through your support, I have been able to love many people in a way they have never been loved before.
Thank you also to everyone that reads these blogs, it means so much that you all care so much about what we are doing out here! Even though it’s hard being away from home (especially now, as my nephew was just born a few hours ago), but we have been so blessed everywhere we have been. Next month is going to be full of some crazy experiences, and I cannot wait to see what else the Lord is gonna do.
