After 35 days, I left the Hospital. Fresh Cold Air in Bucarest!!! I was taken to the Popa’s house where I will be living for the next two weeks (then Mom and I fly to Phoenix the 13th). What a blessing when Mom and I walked into our new home:
What an amazing family. We are so blessed to be here. I had a lovely dinner (thai curry with different toppings) with the family and some students of Bucarest Christian Academy. We had a great time. It has been fun to spend time with the girls (in order from left to right in the picture), Lexi, Noami, and Daniela. We made some peanut butter chocolate chip and M&M cookies!!! Yum. God knows how much I love baking and cookies. I am so thankful.
PSALM 23 (A Psalm of David.)
1The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want.
2He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters.

Because of God, I have truly have not been in Want. God has provided. It is amazing what happens when we quit trying to control everything and make things happen. God takes care of us. I have had time to sit back and spend time listening to God and praying for what He wants to do. I am becoming more aware when HE wants me to talk to someone rather then when I think someone needs to hear something. It has been humbling to let God speak through me. Whether it be to the nurses, little Naomi, or my mom; every ministry is so important. God prepares peoples’ hearts before we even speak to them. So let God speak to them. I encourage you all to find 2 people this week (people you normally see or strangers), and pray before interacting with them. Ask God what they need to hear. Maybe it is a simple. “You are loved” or a bible verse. But, let God speak.
