A GIFT

I always want to see it as a
GIFT.

I always want to recognize everyone and everything as a gift from God.         

“…all things have been created through
Him and for Him.”                    
-Colossians 1:16b

I
never want to wake up without thanking God for another day.

I
never want to take walking for
granted.

I
never want to think I deserve things and get mad when I don’t get them.

I
want to appreciate every little thing and view it as a present.

 

I am thankful each time I go to the
kitchen to find freshly picked pineapple.

 

I am thankful every time someone:

Prays
for me

Lets
me borrow their best dress because it is Valentine’s Day   

Goes
on an adventure with me

Gets
me chocolate

Works
out with me

Or
so many of the other blessings this past month!!

I am thankful every time God gives me:

A rainy
afternoon

A
beautiful sunset

A
nice breeze

A
refreshing waterfall

Amazing
clouds across the mountains

And
so much more!!!

 

Almost
everyday of my life, God has provided me food.

That is a lot of presents!!!

Still,
I don’t want to forget to say THANK YOU and realize that it is a blessing.

 

Everyday
of my life, I have had somewhere to sleep.

That
is over 8700 presents!!

I
did nothing to deserve that.

But
God woke me up over 8700 times 

because
He loves me.

He
loves you.

 

I
never want to live a moment without knowing He loves me.

 

I
never want to live a moment without being thankful.

 

I
ALWAYS WANT TO SEE IT AS A GIFT!
