I love music. I think a lot of times it can describe a feeling more than any words I can put together. (I’m usually pretty short with words anyway). For me, most songs carry a memory. Some carry a lesson.
The other day, while driving home from work, I was listening to “Something More” by Sugarland and it made me start thinking. Up until recently, this was a pretty applicable song for my life, as it probably is for a lot of people. I would go to work, then to school and live each day stuck in the same routine. Don’t get me wrong I love my job, but I realized that I was just living an average life.
Until I placed my life in God’s hands.
Now, I am completely satisfied in every aspect. “There’s gotta be something more”? Let me tell you, there IS more when you’re living for Him. I mean I’m going to 11 countries in 11 months to spread the word of Jesus! How does it get any better?
I am thankful everyday that I found myself in Him. I can’t wait to share His message to the world because I want everyone to know what it feels like to truly live!
The bottom line is: THERE IS MORE IN GOD.
There is more LOVE in God.
There is more HOPE in God.
There is more JOY in God.
There is more LIFE in God.
