Welcome to my blog!
My name is Tanja, I’m 22 years old and I’m from Switzerland. And I’ve never had a blog before. Just saying. I’m not an expert at this.
Well, since we’re in the “about me” section, I have come up with 30 serious/fun facts about me that should help you get to know me a little better.
Here we go:
1. I’m in love with God and His people.
2. I laugh a lot and usually can’t hold it back when I should.
3. I live for the thrill and love the feeling of an adrenaline rush.
4. My family is amazing! They are so much fun and I couldn’t ask for better supporters!
5. I once drank a cup of tea with my all time favorite superstar Martin Smith. In his kitchen. I still can’t quite explain how it happened.
6. I love the feeling of reaching a mountain top. Climbing, skiing and mountaineering, that’s how I grew up.
7. But at the same time I’m also in love with the ocean. It keeps me dreaming.
8. Sometimes I talk a lot. But only sometimes.
9. At age 16 I went to High School in New York as a foreign exchange student and I ABSOLUTELY loved it.
10. That year I fell in love with the american culture.
11. I also fell in love with NYC. I mean really. I’ve been to the city so many times and every time I go it blows me away.
12. I have big dreams.
13. I love my friends because they’re all crazy and absolutely awesome! I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without them! They make me better.
14. I’m kind of obsessed with Dr. House. I’ve seen it all.
15. Snakes? No.
16. Some of my favourites: delirious, switchfoot, LZ7, Matt Redman, Martin Smith, Muse and Hillsong.
17. I’ve seen them all live in concert and you know, I get crazy. I love concerts!
18. Having said that, I absolutely have no problem standing in line for hours just to get to the front row.
19. I can get very passionate about things.
20. I dance whenever I feel like dancing.
21. People. I love spending time with them.
22. I’m a night person. Ask my friends. We’ve done the craziest things at night.
23. My dream has always been to become a paramedic and I am working on that. Who knows, God might have a better plan, but until then, I’m working towards that goal.
24. I like winter more than summer. And fall more than spring.
25. At my wedding, I will most likely be dancing on the table.
25. Stargazing. nuff said.
26. Name any delirious song and I’ll sing it to you.
27. ‘Let my life be the proof of your love’, that’s what it’s all about.
28. I cry every time I watch ‘Armageddon’
29. I’m an ENFP.
30. I will never stop running.
