September has been a phenomenal month. There are so many amazing things I could choose to speak about. We connected with so many great people and shared about Jesus to just about every single person we came in contact with on the Camino de Santiago. So much happened.

That being said, Adventures in Missions created this awesome thing called debrief that happens usually every two months for about a week to allow us missionaries to rest and be poured into. This past week, we spent our debrief near the Mediterranean sea in Mijas, Spain.

Going into this past week, I had minimal expectations. But God had huge plans for both me and my team. It was pretty crazy. Every session and every one-on-one conversation I had with mentors, leaders, and even squad mates on my team and January expedition, painted a picture for me. The Holy Spirit spoke to me this past week in the deepest and most intimate way I have experienced up until now. I cried a lot. I burned with pain in my flesh as I pushed toward deeper intimacy with my teammates and also with Jesus himself.

One cool phrase that The World Race uses often is to “press in” even when it gets awkward or hard. Do you ever find yourself sitting with the Lord with great intentions to pray for a whole hour but find yourself getting distracted frequently? Well, I do too sometimes. But, there is so much grace from Jesus for people like you and me. Want to hear a cool solution? Press in! Pray out loud. Pray in tongues if you have that gift. Speak. Listen. Or, listen then speak. It is easy to enter into the presence of God. We can enter into the throne room at any time with any care and any problem and every ounce of praise. God is waiting. He is waiting for you. It’s all possible through Jesus.

Debrief was a sweet time of self-discovery, refreshment, fulfillment, and new vision.

Now, we have relocated to the lovely country of Morocco in Northern Africa. So far, it has been incredible. The hospitality of these beautiful Muslim men and women is mind blowing. They are so generous and I am definitely learning many things simply through this awesome piece of their culture. I love it here. My heart for our time here in the lovely country of Morocco is to move with the Holy Spirit and to be sensitive to every place Jesus is calling us to go.

Our team has been praying and seeking Jesus in a new way and we are excited to see what He has in store for us. Our team can also sense the darkness in this place and we are aware that we are completely out of our comfort zone. It’s a totally different world.

Please keep us in prayer. Pray for our safety. Pray against any illness. Pray for deeper intimacy with Jesus. Pray for amazing miracles and salvation for the people of Morocco. Pray for deep love and unity within our team and with Jesus.

Thank you to all my financial supporters and those who are fighting for me through prayer. I am so thankful to you guys for being a part of my team and walking with me though this amazing journey.

If you feel led to donate, I am a little less than 3,000$ away from being fully funded before my deadline. I love you all. Thank you!
