My bookmarks are here!
I took one of my bookmarks to share with my printing/graphics friend who often seems to like to be aloof and slightly ambiguous about his faith. (I think that’s what makes the following conversation even more special to me.) We talked a little about the process of how I created and sent the bookmarks to be made. Then as he looked at the picture more he recognized it was me and asked, “Is this from your Myrtle Beach trip with the ladies?”
I said, “Yes.”
Then he said something along the lines, “God was looking out for you already. Who would have thought 8 months ago you’d be using this picture to share about a mission trip?”
I hadn’t really stopped to think about how God’s preparations had started way before I was even aware of The World Race. Granted I know He’s always working on me and preparing me for my future, but to be reminded He’s even in the little things, the material things like a picture.
I am SO very thankful for my friend and the ladies I was able to spend a fantastic and memorable time with in
Myrtle Beach.
