Several months ago, I wrote a similar post. One where I told you all I was changing routes.
I don’t have some long or emotional story as to why I switched again. The reason is simply that I thought God was telling me to, so I prayed about it. And as soon as I began talking about it, and made up my mind to do it, I felt peace about the World Race for the first time in weeks.
So, I’ll be leaving roughly 8 weeks later than planned (some time around the first weekend in October).
My new route is:
October: Mongolia
November: China
December: Malaysia
January: Thailand
February: Uganda
March: Rwanda (my Compassion child, Shema, lives here!!)
April: Albania
May: Greece (I’ve felt burdened for Greece since the Syrian refugee crises began)
June: Guatemala
July: Honduras
August: El Salvador
