An update is well overdue—I’m aware.  I could probably write about 20 at this point.

As we were driving back to Hyderabad this morning from our ministry I realized that I will probably be leaving a little piece of my heart here when we leave for Nepal tomorrow.  I didn’t realize the impact that India had on me until we started saying goodbye to our contacts.  After 10 short days of working with “pastor” and his family, and our two “guides” from ICM (India Christian Ministries) saying goodbye was sooo much harder than I imagined.  The moment we were all standing around each other, mid prayer, snot dripping from our faces, is when it hit me.  We had each impacted each so other deeply…IN JUST 10 DAYS!  It’s ridiculous.  And then I had a revelation…

That this is what the Kingdom of Christ–that WE are the Kingdom.  These believers that served us so well and that doted on us HAND AND FOOT.  These living, walking, breathing imitators of Christ, our brothers and sisters; they are the Kingdom.  They made our ministry so much more impactful and so much more real.  And during the snotting and crying, I realized how huge of an impact we had on them as well.  Amen.  I hope God keeps showing me that what we’re doing is real.  Because until moment’s like these, it easy to just go through the motions and just say the prayers and preach empty words.  But amen for moments like these.

God’s Kingdom is coming.  His will is being done.  And if you could continue to pray that Team Ripple Effect would continue to live out that truth we would looooove it!  We saw some crazy stuff this week.

Please please please pray for our brothers and sisters in India as well as they continue to be warriors for the Kingdom.
