Aw hi, I missed you guys. How are you? How’s life going? Me? Well, I’m officially on the field in India. It’s 8:30 in the evening, but my body is telling me it’s time for my lunch break and a quick 10 hour nap. I’ve taken selfies with the sweetest Indian people who, by the way, are my height or shorter. I’ve eaten so much curry already that I’m pretty sure I’ve already forgotten what bland food tastes like, and my skin is about 111% more moisturized here because of the humidity.
I haven’t experienced too much of the culture yet, so stay tuned for the funnies later on this month. I have, however, learned the famous head bobble. I’ve become a life-sized bobble head doll that sits on your dash, except instead of a hula skirt it’s a kurta. What does a lil’ bobble mean? Great question. The list includes, but is not limited to: yes, no, maybe, I don’t care, sure, I’ll think about it, you’re crazy, I’m crazy, whatever, the car needs washing, I’ll get it later, etc. It’s like the physical manifestation of speaking with someone telepathically. Everyone just knows what everyone is saying. It’s truly an amazing thing.
I miss you all, and I can’t wait to share with you all of the adventures to come. I’m finally travelling the world. Until next time.
Stay gold, pony boy(s).
