I have been blessed with a community of 6 beautiful women.
We are all so very different but complimentary. In these first few weeks we
have been working through what kind of culture we as a community will walk
in. I would say that has been a
defining theme during our time here in Ukraine. Personally, I came into the
role of team leader full of apprehension, self-doubt and fear of failure. I
wrestled with the Lord, begging Him not to give me this role and even in being
here I feel inadequate and small.
But…
the Lord is rebuilding me.
He is using these women to do so. They have spoken so much
life and encouragement into my fears and wounds and I become increasingly
thankful for them as the days pass.
We are growing together, there is healing among us. I look forward to
what God is going to do in the coming days.
