Love is.

Love is unconditional. Impartial to others motives, firm
regardless of feelings. Love is right. The posture of love is a stance that is
hard and often looks foolish.  Love
is pride shattering. Love is life-giving. Love is right. It fights on behalf of
the best in others. Love pursues. Love is redemptive and it perpetually
forgives. Love is transformative. Love sheds light on holiness long
covered.

Love is a conviction.

Love is an active word…

More than a sweet idea.

Love. It’s a weapon of holy war.

It doesn’t fail. It confuses. It makes no sense.

“Don’t be afraid of the convictions I have given you- for
there is strength in them and that is my heart. You don’t have to prove
yourself. My way makes no sense, you may not be understood; stand firm still.
Mercy triumphs. Love triumphs. I triumph. Forgive. Redeem. Righteous. Stand
beloved. For you know my heart. Peace; walk in it. You see it- live it. Don’t
be swayed. Love on both ends. Walk in it. You weren’t wrong about living in
that. It was from me.”

The Lord is ever defining what it looks like to live in
love. This is what the Lord told me in Romania. He continually challenges me to
live it out in ways I think are too much for me. I love when the Lord reaffirms
things to which He has already given revelations. I often find myself in a
place where I don’t know what to do or how to respond… and then I hear Him
say in my moments of crying out… in my wonderings of how to respond

“Love. It’s a beautiful default.”
