During worship one night we were dancing around, we only had a laptop for music. So Bethany decides to pick it up and dance around. While saying “come on guys, were never going to be the same..” at that moment the lap top that is over head goes flying to the floor and hit like a pancake. Everyone is laughing and silent, not knowing how to react. She says, “I’m not even worried.” The keys popped off and lying face down. She popped the piece back on and it turned right back on! =) Wonderful.

One weekend we went out to Phi Phi Island for a day tour. We have boats that we have been hopping all day, to go to the different locations, and these boats leave right on time. So we got off the boat to go have lunch, we have an hour and a half to go around the island. So Jamie, Bethany, and I hang out for a bit longer at the lunch table while other go to shop. Then we get some ice cream and hang out in some seats on the beach. We start joking about what we would do if we got stranded for the night on the island. We would just sleep on the beach or something. Well it is about time to go back to the boat, we squeeze in a last picture and head for the boat. Walking down the small road we realize we are meeting the boat somewhere else and we see it. So we start walking toward the pier. Then Jamie yells, “It’s moving!” So we start running to the boat. Obviously it is too late and we see the girls on our boat, while we are on the pier just waving our arms. Thoughts through our head…What do we do?! Jump in and swim? But what about my backpack, it has my camera. I can hold it above water. Then we just ask the person in charge next to us, we are supposed to be on that boat. They say, “okay, get on this one.” So we just had a trip back on a different boat. My favorite part was waving to the people on the other boat, from the pier. (pictured right should have zoomed in more…bummer)
Christmas at Hard Rock and New Years on the beach!
Going to Pizza Hut and eating left over bread sticks. Then ordering our meals. (wouldn’t think you would do this until now)
Getting to know the girls in the bars, and feeling our hearts break for them. Playing connect 4 and winning!! Also jenga.
Feeling loved and giving love out. Getting to know their stories and play games with them.
Getting sick, like the real head over the toilet sick. That was not a
good one,
but I know one I don’t want to happen again anytime soon.
All of us growing in our trust and faith that God will provide and He won’t relent.
Living in a house with 13 girls =
