So, I know a lot of racers post a blog about their team shortly after Training Camp cause that's when they find out who is on it… I waited… I wanted a chance to get to know them a little better, but now can't hold it in any more…

Meet the VESSELS

Nicole Beltramo:
Nicole has this amazing way of listening to others. She is our team leader and she is awesome at it. Because she listens so well, she has this way of lifting us up while leading us. She is patient and loving and will be a shining example of leadership over the course of the next year. I love that she always has a smile or comforting touch ready for anyone and everyone.
Ashlie Gosnell:
Ashlie is so open! She doesn’t hide from the hard things and isn’t afraid of being vulnerable. I think that aspect of her personality is really going to stretch the team in the coming months and I can’t wait to see how God uses it to grow the rest of us. I love that she isn’t always comfortable with her vulnerability and want for her to grow into it and own it this year.
Emily Schwartz
Emily is the one I consider to be the quiet one. She takes her time and thinks before she speaks (a trait I know I struggle with). She is both laid back and outgoing. She desires to grow closer to God and to gain wisdom. She will be a driving force on the team to continually seek Him and what He wants. I love her willingness to try, to learn, to experience new things (and that she’s pretty good with a map, too!!)!!
Bethany Staton
Bethany is wonderfully soft-hearted. She is constantly making sure others are taken care of and that she does everything in her power to represent everyone around her to the best of her abilities. What I love the most about Bethany is that she honestly wants to hear the answer to whatever question she asks you and is willing to invest in those she’s around.
Brittany Valdivia
Anytime I think of Brittany, I think of two words: beautiful and firecracker. Brittany is completely unaware of how truly gorgeous she is on the inside and out, but will soon! She has asked the Lord to show her how He sees her this year and I am so excited to be with her as she gains His eyes!! This is just one example of how truly on fire she is for God and I love her passion for the Lord!!!
Amy Zeller
I don’t think Amy thinks this, but she really knows who she is and I’m looking forward to the day she comes into that. She is excellent at expressing herself, quick to laugh (and she has a great one) and is always good for a joke. She has a great smile and a personality that draws you in. She will keep us laughing this year! I love that she has the ability to laugh first at herself!!
We will be beginning our work here in Thailand over the next few days and I am excited to see God work through these amazing women both in the people we are serving and in each other!! Please pray for us as our year together truly begins!!
