Some things you may or may not know about me:
My top passions list includes:
1. God-how great thou art!
2.Friends and family-growing comes with knowing and I can thank them for that!
3. Languages-ask me about all the strange phrases floating around in my head!
4. Traveling abroad-if you've never tried it, you're missing out!
5. Children-put a smile in my heart!
6. Nature- caving, repelling, rafting, hiking, camping, etc.
I have already been on 5 continents (look out Australia, I'm coming for ya!) I've visited Belize, Guatemala, Peru, Mexico, China, England, Spain, South Africa, Canada, Jamaica, and lived in Brazil.
I have taught English as a Second language for almost 10 years now. I consider it to be the best job in the building. I have great students that appreciate education and want to learn, great parents that have given up so much for their children, and get to hear about places all over the world before even stepping one foot out my door. Ican speak Spanish and Portuguese fluently, as well as a little bit of Serbo-Croatian and Chinese.
I grew up Methodist but now go to a small Baptist mission church. It doesn't matter what the denomination is to me, as long as it comes from the Bible. I can appreciate all kinds of faith.
I have the most ecclectic and wonderful group of friends who I am going to miss so much; I am looking forward to all the new friends I will make while I am gone.
