Hi Everyone!

My name is Susan Christina Jackman, and I am from a small town, Tabernacle, in New Jersey.  I grew up with incredible, supportive, and loving parents as well as two brothers and two sisters: Candace, Christopher, Elizabeth, and Robert.

My Senior year in high school I started my relationship with Christ and was able to go to Campbell University in North Carolina, a university founded on Christian beliefs.  My identity before college was placed in my family and softball.  I went to Campbell University to play Division One softball, which had been a dream of mine since a little girl.  However, God had other things in mind.  He took me nine hours away from my family in New Jersey and took softball away freshmen year to help me put my identity in Him alone.

In college, I was able to serve others in so many ways through tutoring students, working with several homeless ministries, working with children in poverty,  providing Christmas for families in need, building homes in New Orleans, serve orphans in South Africa, etc.  God opened my eyes to the needs throughout the world.

After college, I taught first grade for a year and second grade for a year.  Even though I have loved working with my students, I knew God was calling me to something else.  My heart goes out to the neglected, abused, orphans, and people who do not know what true love is.  God put the World Race on my heart to share Christ to the nations.
