I know I‘ve been absent on my blog, I’m here to catch y’all up! The Squad has officially made it to Swaziland! We have yet to start our next ministry, so first, here’s a small little recap of what South Africa looked like!
– early mornings spent with the Lord
– weekdays spent walking through the different squatter camps of Joburg doing door-to-door evangelism
– learning how to cook traditional South African food and wash clothes by hand
– spreading the stories and love of Jesus to people who have never heard His name
– discipling those who do know about Him, answering questions, discussing the Word and sharing stories
– Friday afternoons spent jiving with kids, loving on them, sharing memory verses and Bible stories, games and songs
– the whole month getting to pour into this Squad that I have grown to love so much. Watching them learn what it means to be intimate with the Lord, take a Sabbath day, and growing in each of their individual walks.
