Happy Easter Sunday!
Easter this year definitely looked a lot different than all my others. Without wifi or open shops, there was no sunrise service for me. At our service here at the church, I got to stand up and share a bit about dying to my old self and now walking new. There’s something that probably won’t happen again, preaching a story on Easter Sunday at a church! Afterwards, I spent time resting, drinking great coffee, and journaling. Then tonight, thanks to an amazing woman who donated to our two teams, we got to have a movie night in the church with pizza and a TON of snacks and candy. We shared the night with our hosts daughters as well as the daughter of the woman who donated. It was a refreshing time to just kick back with some pizza, sour gummy worms, and watch a movie.
