Have you ever made a record of
how God loves you each day?
I’ve been keeping track for a few days and thought I would
share it with you. One of the biggest lessons that I have been learning,
especially on the Race where I am far away from everyone and everything that I
would turn to in order to receive love, is that God loves to love me through my
teammates.
For example, one day, without mentioning any of this to my
teammates, I came home from door-to-door ministry to find a note from a
teammate on my bed telling me of God’s love for me. The next day, I returned
from another day of door-to-door ministry to find another note from a teammate
telling me how she saw God in me. Just today, I came back to my room after
breakfast to find a branch of flowers from a blossoming tree on my bed from
another one of my teammates.
I love going through my day and looking for the love notes
that God leaves me. I challenge you to find God’s messages of love throughout
your days. They are not as hidden as you think…
