So I've been delivered through prayer this past week. I was sufferring from some evil spirits that had a hold of me, and a friend of mine and his dad laid hands on me and prayed those evil spirits right out! that's really just the jist of it. And so many things have been tying together this week that show that God has great plans for his kingdom, and that he is going to use me in a great way.
Recently i've been getting attacks from the enemy and it was getting almost overwelming, but for some reason God placed endurance on my heart so I prayed for it, and he gave it to me. If i hadn't prayed for endurance I probably would not have made it to Friday night church service, and my friend and his dad might not have been able to pray on me and have me delivered and help me have peace of mind. The enemy tried to use God's own word against me. Trying to fill me with doubt and sorrow from one verse. Thankfully someone had told me a long time ago that satan knows more scripture than we as humans will ever know. So that knowledge kept me thinking that there's more to this verse, that i just read, than what i think it might mean, and I was right. And now I have victory through Jesus Christ and my peace of mind!
Through this I have learned that
- In temptation God will always give us an out
- Always seek council in times you don't understand the bible because the enemy will try to use it against you
- God cannot lie and when He says He will never forsake us, Yahweh means it!
- When we persevere through trials we become more mature and complete James 1:2-6
