What can I say about Romania, and what can I tell you in a small blog about all that God has done in this place and in me and my squad.

Romania has such a beautiful language, and most of the people you come in contact with seem mean because rarely do people smile, but what a blessing it was to see them smile a whole hearted- joyful smile.

The ministry I did was evangelism, so I was kind of excited to see what this looked like here. Most of the time I think of evangelism I think of Jehovah Witnesses going door to door asking them if they could talk to people about we believe. But God showed me so much more than I could ever imagine. While we worked with our minitry contacts it was awesome to see that all we did was walk down the streets and pray that the Lord bring people who needed to hear your Word and Truth.

This town was so friendly walking around and people always being so inviting, so many grapes and apples were given as gifts. So many people we talked to said they believed in Jesus Christ as their Saviour. And what broke my heart the most was that so many people believed they had to work for their salvation.

The people needed to pray so many prayers, or they need to make sure they do good otherwise they will go to Hell. There was also the people said their is a God, but they would say, “there is no hope for me.”

So many people struggling with addictions, past wrongs, and mistakes that they see as unredeemable… even those who believe in Jesus Christ as Saviour. My heart broke because I could see the prison that the enemy has put them in. This dark prison that makes the light shine so dimmly making it lmostimpossible to have hope.

I praise God that my team and my squad were able to meet these people and prayed that the Lord break people free of their prisons.

The enemy would try so hard to get us distracted or even attacking one another or even the ministry, but we had to fight and fight for one another with love and intercession.

Romania reminded me a little of back home. Where people believe in the Lord, and even believe Jesus Christ as Saviour, but they are locked in this prison.

They have done so much wrong, or maybe the one thing that they see as unforgivable.

“I murdered someone… I molested someone…I aborted a child…I lied to so many people…. I have cheated people….”

Whatever it is, our Lord Jesus is so much bigger than we can ever imagine. And He loves you more than you will ever know. His truth says our sins as far as the East is from the West, and do you really believe it?

Even being a Christian for so many years I have felt these prisons, but God says I am no longer a sinner, but I am a Saint.

And that is when I ask “God, I am a sinner, I will always sin…so how can I be a Saint?”

And that is when God just spoke telling me I am His daughter…His Saint and that Jesus washed me as pure as snow and that I am dwelling in my Father’s house. And how beautiful is that, even though I am not perfect nor will I ever be perfect God loves me and He fights for me and all His children…

I have arrived safely in Moldova and we are working with a Catholic church and I am actually excited to see what this month has in stored….

Prayers:
1) Continue to pray for me and my family during the loss of my dad.
2) Pray for my squad and help us to be present the next two months
3) Also just for health of some people on the squad.

Thank you all for your prayer and support!
