Lately my heart has been filled with so much pain of those around me. Things from loss, depression, confusion, anger, doubt…fear. Satan's attacks are coming around to the ones I love, and it is making me so angry. Satan's sneaks around, prowls like a lion after the children of God. Making them stumble, run, and turn away from God, or making us feel we are not good enough.
DO NOT GIVE HIM A FOOT HOLD. You are a beloved child of God, and do not let anyone or anything tell you different.
Do you really know how much you are worth, please right now take a moment…think, how much am I worth to God? PRICELESS! You are His gem, His treasure, NOT because of anything YOU did, but because of what He has done for you!
He sent His Son to die on the CROSS, for your SIN and your SHAME. You did NOTHING to deserve His love… let me emphasize you did nothing. Our God chose you to be apart of His great kingdom, and it is so tempting because the idea of GRACE is so hard to comprehend.
"Lord I keep falling, I keep missing the mark, Lord how can you love me after I have failed you so much?"
And you know what He says? He says:
"My Beloved Child, I love you! When I see you, I do not see the sin you have committed or will commit. I see My Son's righteousness. When Jesus died on that cross, He died for your SIN and your SHAME. It is gone as far as the East is from the West.I LOVE you, that is why I sent my perfect Son, to die for you"
The truth is you reading this blog, you will fall, you will sin. But you are free from the bondage of sin,you are free from the guilt of the past, and you are free from the fear of the future because you are made new in Christ. The chains that held you down, are no longer there, live in His freedom because there is NOTHING you do to achieve it because it is by God's grace that you are His.
Satan wants you to believe that your righteousness is only obtain from doing the law:
-I do not swear
-I dress modestly
-I do not drink or smoke
-I do not sleep around
-I am liked by everyone
– I obey my parents…
wow I must be pretty awesome Christian. STOP THAT! You do NOTHING to deserve it. It is His sovereign grace that He chose us to be part of His Kingdom here on earth and in Heaven. LIVE IN THAT! Do not be fools in believing Satan's lies because the truth is you can not do it on your own.
This is more for my brothers and sister in Christ, we are warriors for His Kingdom. Satan wants nothing more than us to drift away from God or believe we are own god. Brace yourself, get into His word and prepare for battle, and know God will get you through whatever you are going through. He is your Papa God and He cares for you!
