We have spent the last two weeks living in a village out side of Siem Reap teaching English and helping the youth as they lead a VBS. Our hosts roger and his wife deb are from the Philippines and they are doing a great job caring for us. We are living in some of the hardest living conditions of the race, we are tenting in the village and it is HOT or raining and when it rains it can pour. We have been blessed with the best food of the race, rice every day hasn’t been bad so far. The people are kind here I haven’t heard people yelling at me when I walk around or had any kids call me white man. A couple of prayer requests would be for my teams health physically. A cold is going around at the moment. I have been able to avoid it and would like to keep it that way. Also for this week is Cambodias largest religious holiday where families go to the temple to care for their dead ancestors. With this a lot of kids go with their parents to stay at the temple all night and miss the VBS we are putting on. So it is very much a spiritual battle here. lastly it is less than 10 weeks till I am home and prayer for re-entry and the process leading up too.

Thank you for all your support
