During our time at training camp we were split up into 8 teams with 6-7 people on each team. There are 2 all women teams and I was chosen to be on one of the all women teams. I am so excited to be traveling with these women and I cannot wait to see what kind of ministry opportunities God has in store for us!

Each group had to pick a name for their team. After some heart to heart conversations and reading some scripture, our team of women came up with the name Gentle Warriors. These are the verses that really spoke to us:
“Whatever town or village you enter, search for some worthy person there and stay at his house until you leave. As you enter the home, give it your greeting. If the home is deserving, let your peace rest on it; if it is not, let your peace return to you. If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, shake the dust off your feet when you leave that home or town. I tell you the truth, it will be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town. I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore, be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.” – Matthew 10:11-16
We are a team of all women, strong and on fire for God. There are going to be times when we will have to show a kind, gentle and loving side and then there will be times where we have to fight for love and conquer in the name of the Lord. Our team is very diverse and we are ready to take on the role of the gentle warriors across the nations!
