a day (and a video!) in the life of woody and sarah…
April 19th, 2011.
today was a great day. We started the day off by our normal routine. Last week we dug a trench, and cleaned it out to be ready
for the concrete. This week we have been mixing the concrete; which is quite an art. You have to
build a volcano with the sand/concrete mix, and then pour water in the center to
make sure the water stays in, and then mix it all together. Then, we pour the concrete in the trench,
smooth it out, annnd
repeat.
After that we worked out
P90X insanity style. then took our bucket showers for the day, not that
they matter much here since you constantly sweat. After lunch, Sarah
and I were bored so we decided to fish with some of the kidos!! we made
a deal that whatever we caught we would cook ourselves and eat. Here is
