a thank you.

I still have blogs to post from Haiti and about this week in Ireland but I wanted to post this one first.

I have so much to be thankful for!!!! I wouldn’t be who I am today or where I am today with out all of you reading this out there: to my supporters, my community group girls, Watermark, my family- you especially mom, Dan’s family, Kara, Brooke, the Robersons, the Wells… I could go on forever.  I pray you all know that God IS the source of hope, that He will fill you completely with joy and peace because we trust in Him. In this you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13

I also just want to be mushy for a second and let you guys know how much I thank Dmoney. He has been a source of God’s light in my life I can’t even begin to explain. He is an amazing man after God’s own heart, like David and his encouragement and love to me is never-ending.

Why am I telling you all this? because I’m asking you all for prayers for Him. He is about to head into Africa tomorrow- a complete 180 from where he has been- Europe. Not only this, but he has a whole new team to lead. and to add to his plate he has me… a girlfriend who is struggling with not getting to see him for 9 months. He has a lot on of changes going on, but I know God is with him. I know His team is going to be gangstas for Christ in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. I know they will bring life to empty hearts, get to spread Jesus’ love and even get to heal the sick and raise the dead!!!! I pray for strength and guidance for Him. For wisdom in leading others, but also for peace in His own heart… to be challenged with new gifts and to come to know God even more intimately.

I can already see how much God has changed Him to look more like Christ every day and I cannot wait to see the man God has planned for Him to be come next April :] love you mas Dan!!! happy one year!!
