I just wrote you an amazing blog update, but you will never receive it because I forgot to copy it before hitting post and since the internet was out when I hit post it is forevermore lost.
The previous blog described beautifully the nice cool weather that has decided to descend upon the city, allowing all of us to breath a sigh of relief. It told you that my allergies allowed me out of the house without torturing me. It recounted lovely times of tea and cookies and games with friends.
It would have also informed you that I have been pondering the fine line between faith and insanity. Pondering how to be sure you are hearing from the Lord and being obedient and not just basing your decisions on feeling or presuming. Pondering how to keep a balance between… well really how to be balanced. Lots of pondering…
Then the moment many have waited for, prayed about, questioned, supported, etc…
I have a ticket home!
Next Wednesday I will leave Ukraine for my week and a half journey home, which will be an adventure all in itself.
