It’s the end of the financial year for businesses and the reports are coming in for which companies made a profit this year and which ones are just relieved to break even.  The financial crisis is slowly but surely mending itself, but one has to wonder, have the attitudes that caused this mess changed at all?  How much longer until greedy individuals create a new scheme to make more money sending our economy into financial trouble again?  None can argue that America has long since learned to rely on it’s own ability to make money and provide for all it’s wants and desires, but how does that leave any room for God?  If he is the ultimate provider, why have we all become so dependent on our Visa’s and Mastercards?

The following movie was made by a Christian production studio in North Atlanta.   It particularly spoke to me because one of my year long goals for 2010 is to pay off $6000.00 on my students loans. As admirable as it is to pay off those debts, I have to remember it’s still God’s money that he trusts me with and paying off those debts means nothing unless He gets the glory.
