Hi beautiful people!
So I’m in Costa Rica and we recently had a week long debrief. Debrief is just that, a time we get to debrief how we’ve been doing and we get to be poured into. Usually, we have break out groups that one of us will give. They asked me this time around to give one on the topic, hearing the voice of God. I recorded it and attached it here if you want to give it a listen.
The three main points I gave though are:
- Community: the importance of being surrounded by a community that will encourage you when you are doubting His voice.
- Cultivating: spending time with the Lord and being able to recognize Him even when He is not speaking audibly.
- Cut it out: cut out the voice of fear and doubt and start trusting that you have the Holy Spirit in you and the Lord does speak to you.
