Hello from easy, breezy, beautiful South Africa! Indeed, we left Swaziland yesterday after our longest stay on the World Race yet…two months! And I have just a crazy amount of things I want to share with you. Swaziland was really one of my favorite countries becuase we had people to really teach us about the culture (that is so HUGE for me!) And the ministry we ended up serving under at Hawane Farm was truly the example of something that is really making a difference! (See below for more details)

Leaving Swaziland and saying goodbye once more was bittersweet (as it usually is this year!) We really don’t enjoy leaving a place that has become dear to us but we also look forward with great anticipation to the month ahead of us. On Wednesday, we depart for Bangkok, Thailand. Unlike Africa, Asia isn’t all together familiar to me. I was in India when I was 15, but the memory is fuzzy. I am especially looking forward to our time in Thailand and Cambodia as we will be working with ministries that actually get on the streets and work with prostitutes. It is a ministry I have felt called to for a while and I am ready to dive in.

Thank you for your continued support and enjoy these pictures from Hawane. Kids and staff from Hawane, I love you all and will take you in my heart as I go!
