Conversation with my father:
Me: I should probably write a blog and let everyone know I’m home safely.
Dad: Yeah… I’m really worried.
So, yes. I have made the trek across the globe and have wound up back in Cincinnati. Tomorrow, (Christmas Eve) will officially mark three weeks since I’ve gotten home. Imagine that. Oh, how the time flies. More to come on my time home in a blog a few days from now, since this blog is about Malaysia, and not America.
That being said, we spent the last month on the race teaching English in Malaysia and homeschooling our contact’s children. We also did a lot of odd and end projects that needed to get done. We spent lots of time together as a team processing the race and preparing ourselves for reentry into America. Again… more to come on that later.
