Tomorrow morning we will be heading to Kenya!  We should arrive early morning on the 14th.  Spend a few days in debrief where we rest, worship, and say goodbye to our original 2 squad leaders.  Then off to our month 5 ministry.

Lastnight began our 'goodbyes' to our ministry contact in Nepal.  I'm really not a goodbye person and don't get emotional but lastnight was pretty emotional for me.  Two days ago we welcomed a new World Race team into our home from the new 'A' squad.  They are beginning their 3rd month of ministry at Megh's house.  It is always bittersweet to spend time with other World Racers.  Anyway…lastnight we had a big worship session in the living room with all 12 girls and Megh's family.  I couldn't stop crying during the whole thing.  This month has been quite emotional…Ima blame it on being on an all-girls team 🙂  We then received beautiful necklaces from Bhim and were able to bless Megh's family with some gifts.

This morning my team went to lover's hill which overlooks part of our village and provides an amazing view of the Himalayan mountain range when the sky is clear.  We went to pray over the village and to declare a few things that we have been praying for all month.  Things like freedom from our past and unity within the team and for the school we taught at to begin presenting the gospel.  So we prayed our team verses, Isaiah 43: 18-19 then separated around the hill.  We then yelled and screamed and proclaimed that what we had been praying for is to be…such as, "God, I HAVE freedom from my past."  Instead of asking for it again.  We asked and God provides so we need to believe that if we ask He answers.  James 1:6-8.  This is exactly that.  It felt great to scream and yell for the first time in 4 month.  Usually I do this in my car in America.  Many people were watching and as we went down from the hill they were smiling and yelling with us!

Great end to an amazing month.  Please pray for safe travels to Kenya and in Kenya, for the ministry their and for my team.  Talk to ya in Kenya!
