It’s time for a support update! In only 3 short months, I’ve raised $6,458! Thank you so much to everyone that has/is continuing to prayerfully and financially support me in this mission. Please, please ask me if you would like to hear about my support raising journey so far…it’s an amazing story of God’s faithfulness! I also have another praise report about my own financial situation. I have to receive several immunizations to be protected from various diseases in these countries. Insurance doesn’t cover travel counseling/immunizations so after calling around to a few places, I was expecting to pay around $500. The original doctor that I met with would have cost $500 and only had one appointment available in like the next 6 months…ridiculous…so I ended up going to someone else. I met with another doctor yesterday, and after discussing everything with him, he not only told me where to get a few of the shots for a cheaper price, but also didn’t charge me for the office visit for the travel counseling. So I ended up getting two of the more expensive shots for only $100! Praise God for His provision! I leave for training camp in 3 short weeks, so please pray that bonds will be formed with my future team members :). Much love!
