Zimbabwe, what a beautiful country and even more beautiful people!
My team left Zim yesterday afternoon. This month has been one of my favorite months on the Race.
We worked along aside a Baptist church in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. I loved the community we had this months. Ministry this month looked like: hanging out with a young adults group, hanging out with a youth group, doing evangelism and worship at a local market, and doing VBS for almost 2 weeks. So many kids got to hear about Jesus and almost all of them decided to give their lives to Him.
Being back to Africa for the past 3 months came with some challenges, but through it all God has taught me so much. He has allowed me to make so many wonderful new friends. He has allowed me to share my story and how without Him I wouldn’t be where I am now.
We leave Africa tomorrow night and fly to Haiti. We will have a 15 hour layover in NYC. Please keep us in your prayers as we have long travel days ahead of us!
