I have grown up knowing I have another sister in the world, but even though she is my biological sister I never dreamed that I would have the chance to meet her.
She grew up with a mission family who lived in Africa. Africa always felt like another planet to me, a million miles away.
When the Lord dropped The World Race into my lap, He also dropped a whole new opportunity with it. An opportunity that I might meet her.
Through doors repeatedly opening and closing, almost losing complete hope due to logistics, dates and times. The Lord has finally opened the right door and welcomed me into it.
Through much prayer I have decided on September 24 myself and two squadmates will travel to Cape Town, Africa to meet my sister. Our squad from The World Race will have just arrived for our month of ministry in Ethiopia. I travel with two people for safety precautions.
Kindly we have been granted enough days for travel and time that I might spend and get to know my sister. This truly is an amazing opportunity and I feel blessed that the Lord has chosen me to meet her and experience this.
