Meet the newest appendage.
Mmmkay. Welp there I am, finally all packed and ready to hit up training camp for the week in Taccoa Falls, Georgia. Only took a day of procrastinating to finally force myself to shove all of my belongings that I thought I’d need into that backpack. The thing is almost my height while hoisted onto my back; I graciously welcomed my foreign extra appendage for the week, as I’ve never been a backpacker, this was an exciting new experience.
Training Camp was a week full of unexpected surprises & experiences to say the least. I went into it thinking I had everything together and might not get a ton out of it. HA I was WAY off.. come to find out I've been holding onto quite a bit that I have been completely blind to.
God's pretty cool in the way He works, He told me to start Exodus before I left for TC, which is a huge lesson on deliverance, I should've seen that as the preview for what He was going to do in the upcoming week. I opened up to a teammate about 3 nights into TC about something I've kept hidden from absolutely everyone until that moment [hollaaa at my homegirl & new team leader Cameron!], and that's when the change began. I experienced the power of grieving, releasing, supernatural healing, as well as the Holy Spirit in ways I never could have even imagined. I witnessed the reality of spiritual warfare, and gained knowledge of the power and authority in Christ we are given to combat it. Not only did I gain spiritual healing, but also emotional, mental & physical- I can't even describe how many walls the Lord broke down in my heart & mind this week.
Real, Raw, and Freeing.

In just one week I have become apart of a new family & community that exceeds any prior expectations, fully displaying the true meaning of unity of believers in Christ and I can't wait to begin living a year with these incredible people! [Side note: we were the reigning champz of squad wars. Not to brag or anything, but DubSquad killed it].

Now introducing……[Insert drumroll here]…..MY TEAM, REAL LOVE! I couldn't be more ecstatic to introduce my team of beautiful warrior women of God that I am blessed to have the opportunity to live The Race with; Lauren, Cameron [team leader], Amie, Susan, and Tayo! Each has a very distinct, unique personality and contribution to our team, and I can only imagine what ministry is going to look like with these inspiring, loving, and encouraging women- love you all!!! (We were missing our beautiful Susan in the second group picture due to family circumstances)
Inevitably while on the WR, many racers stumble upon new hobbies. Thankfully AIM equipped us with an informative manual on one of the most coveted & desired of hobbies:

Ha just keedinggg. Maybe.. Training Camp has caused me some major sleep deprivation resulting in this so on that note
LOVE Y'ALL AND THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT 🙂
