I’ve been in Capetown South Africa for the past 2 weeks and it’s honestly my favorite place I’ve ever been. We’re right next to the ocean in a section of Capetown called Ocean View. We’ve been blessed to go to some poverty stricken areas of town and minister to young kids through sports like soccer, rugby, and baseball. We’ve also made house visits all over town to fellowship with locals and pray for people. Many of theses people have little to nothing, and drugs have really impacted their lives in horrible ways but It’s been so fruitful to come into this small community and spread the power of the Holy Spirit to everyone here.

God has really shown me his love   through our host this month. He’s one of the coolest people I’ve ever met. His name is Bradley and he’s the head of Kingdom Sports Ministries in 7 different countries in Africa. These ministries reach out to young men through popular sports and we’ve been fortunate enough to be right in the middle of it all. To watch the way that Bradley walks with God and disciples these young kids has really inspired me. He’s always calm and always looking for a way to show others the love of God. We couldn’t have asked for a better host this month because he’s always watching and looking for an opportunity to disciple us in new ways. Wether it’s watching us get schooled by 12 year olds on a soccer field or sitting us down and asking deep theological questions over a traditional South African barbecue. He always finds a way to make each situation fruitful and this is what the gospels all about. We’ve got to make the most out of every situation with the limited time we have so I ask that everyone would continue to pray for us as we sweep this community with the love and power of God.
