Hey guys!
I have been able to tell the story a few times recently about how these last five years have been a whirlwind of challenge, celebration, and amazement. To see the reactions of people with tears watering their eyes from simple stories of God's power and faithfulness with church planting, on the streets of North Seattle among the rich and the poor, of the lives of college students, coworkers, friends, and ministry teams – I am, yet again, in awe of the way God takes simple obedience and uses it to it's greatest potential.
I think the greatest difference between people who do great things with their lives, who live in the adventure, who tell the greatest stories – and the people who float along in life without a whole lot of change – is that… they MOVE. I want to be a person who writes a beautiful story with my life that is not based on FEAR, but on passion and courage – on faithfulness and integrity – beauty and power.
But I know that the best way to do that has been to say, "God, where are YOU working, and how can I join in to what you're already doing?" When we come before Him with a humble heart, ready to go where He says "go,"
that's
where
