We have finally arrived safely in Phuket, Thailand, after four long days of traveling from Haiti to the DR, to Miami, LA, Hong Kong, and Bangkok. We will be working this month with an incredible organization called "SHE." She works with women on Bangle Road who are involved in prostitution and sex trafficking, making efforts to give them a way out through education in the english language and creative entrepeneurial opportunities.  I will be starting tomorrow night, and I think it will be an incredible stretching experience.
 

We spent time today getting settled in and acclamated to the time difference.  I went to an open-air-market and got some delicious chicken skewers with pineapple and tomato, and some fun Thai-pants. I will have to show you a picture, I feel like Aladdin a little bit. So excited for all that this month holds here in Phuket!  Some photos from the start of our journey.
