CELEBRATION IN HEAVEN
Every Saturday we hold a kid’s club. This is a time for a message, games, worship, and all the dancing! This past Kid’s club, we did an alter call. This is the first time these children have been asked if they want to dedicate their lives to the Lord. The church asks the adults every Sunday if anyone wants to be born again, but the children have always been out of the room when this happens. So when Madison shared the gospel and then did an altar call, 4 children stepped to the front to receive salvation. They wanted to boldly, in front of their friends, follow Jesus with their entire heart. It was an absolute celebration!! When we told our host and the other church leaders of this amazing news, they were all so thrilled!! They then asked us if we asked the girls if they wanted to be baptized…and we totally forgot. So we visited the girls and asked them if they would want to be baptized the next day at church. We asked them if they wanted to boldly proclaim that Jesus is the Lord of their lives. All the girls said yes which meant it was time to fill up the baptism water. WOOO!
So the next day at church those 4 girls were baptized and declared Jesus as their Lord and Savior but along with that…6 more people decided to be baptized too!!! God is sweeping down low and capturing the hearts of His children. He is moving everywhere and Heaven is throwing a HUGE party!! HE IS SO GOOD!!!
