There are a hundred faces and a thousand dreams standing in this room right now. Pure, raw, unfiltered dreams. Dreams of the kingdom. Dreams of life giving water. Visions, prophecies, and wisdom that need to be poured out on to this world. That’s all standing right here waiting to be rooted down. Waiting for God to say “go” and a new path to emerge.
Here those dreams are expanded. Those paths emerge, and the prophecies are cultivated, pruned and plucked. Those dreams are given the nourishment they need so that they can be the starting point for someone else’s vision, for someone else’s belief.
You see those dreams of the kingdom are radiant and bring life. But they didn’t get there with relaxing Saturday’s and early Monday morning gossip. They got there with hours of crying out to God. With pleading with God to help them die to themselves every day. These faces you see right before you, poured out their heart and lives and fed on the everlasting life of Christ. Because that’s what happens at project searchlight, the body is fed and the dreams that one has gets nourished and becomes a reality. Here God gives an answer. Whether it’s a whisper in the wind or a roar from a mountain top. Here God speaks and the faces are lifted from the ground and given the eyes of our Abba Father who says “go”.
That’s what project searchlight is about. It’s about going. It’s about the faces with the dreams who go. It’s about the reflection of your experience and how you go out into the world with it. It’s about the kingdom. Because when we start to realize what part of the kingdom we belong to we get a glimpse into the higher dream that God is going to attain for his kingdom.
We are the faces.
We are the dreams.
We are the kingdom believers.
