No one human will be responsible for abolishing human trafficking, and the beautiful thing about this is that we have a Lord that brings His people together to get things done for His glory. I want to be part of the army the Lord is raising up against human trafficking. I want to see people set free in Jesus and the joy upon their faces when they feel the overwhelming love of our Savior. I want to keep the people that are still suffering in slavery in continual prayer along with the people on the frontline of this army. POLARIS PROJECT

WELLSPRING LIVING
In Atlanta where, on average, 100 adolescent girls are sex-trafficked every single night, there is a desperate need for a rescue, refuge and restoration. Wellspring Living offers former victims of sex-trafficking and forced prostitution a safe haven where they receive therapy, personalized education, life skills and spiritual renewal. But, Wellspring Living is much more than a treatment program:

GEMS
Girls Educational & Mentoring Services (GEMS) is the only organization in New York State specifically designed to serve girls and young women who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation and domestic trafficking. GEMS was founded in 1998 by Rachel Lloyd, a young woman who had been sexually exploited as a teenager. GEMS has helped hundreds of young women and girls, ages 12-24, who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation and domestic trafficking to exit the commercial sex industry and to develop to their full potential. GEMS provides young women with empathetic, consistent support and viable opportunities for positive change.
DNA Foundation
Believing that freedom is a basic human right, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher founded The Demi and Ashton Foundation (DNA) to raise awareness about child sex slavery, change the cultural stereotypes that facilitate this horrific problem, and rehabilitate innocent victims. DNA is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization. More people are slaves today than ever before and the numbers are soaring. Men, women and children are enslaved for many purposes including sex, pornography, forced labor and indentured servitude. Among slaves, children are the most vulnerable and their rights are the least recognized. The global sex slavery market generates $32 billion in profits annually. Two million children are subjected to prostitution in the global commercial sex trade. In just the United States, between 100,000 and 300,000 children are enslaved and sold for sex. The sex slavery industry has become an increasingly important revenue source for organized crime because each young girl can earn between $150,000 and $200,000 each year for her pimp. DNA hopes to help abolish modern day slavery, deter perpetrators and free the many innocent and exploited victims.
