Welcome to Nicaragua!! Buenos! We arrived on September 1st to the small town of San Jorge (San Hore-hay – pronunciation). Here it is HOT HOT HOT! we have come down from the cool mountain tops to the heat and the beach. We are not literally on the beach, but we have been told it is close by, AND thursdays we will be hanging out there with the youth! I am so excited! Here we have the freedom to wear what we want, eat delicious food, join the gym, be outside after dark, we have our own house… AND its just team Isha! The youth come and hang out with us in the evenings as well… So much fun!
(just a side note… we have a new leader to team Isha: her name is Sidney Ann Fowler… please add her to your prayers and keep up with her on her blog as well).
