Alright, Alright! ๐Ÿ™‚

So a few months ago while my team was in El Salvador, we met an amazing man, his name was Pino.
Part 2.

I started praying for a man that stumbed into a conversation between me and two guys one sunday after chruch. He was walking by just begging for change. With his eyes glazed over and a bitter stench seepin though every word he expressed.. I couldnt concentrate on translating his slurd speech.. my spirit was so excited about finally affecting someone.
I turned to the translator behind me to ask how to say “Can I pray for you”, than the spirit went nuts on this drunk stranger and myself right there outside the church.
Before I realized what happened I was crying with my head on his chest as I was fighting for his soul, as he cryed out to God to be free from his alcohol addiction..
When I looked at his eyes as I opened mine from prayer I couldnt help but pray again!
The glaze from his eyes was covered by a layer of water as he put my head over his heart than he said (Cristo te amo) “Jesus Christ, I love you”.

Oscar came over. They exchanged many words in spanish. Oscar found out he’d been a drunk for years. Its a stronghold thats kept him from being closer to God.
He has a deep love for the Lord but he didnt find himself worthy… He wanted more prayer, so, Oscar and I took him across the street to the home where we stayed and got the rest of my team to join in prayer..

This was one of the greatest moments of my life as a christian..

He walked into this strange home, a drunk with the love of God as his motivation to continue this strange encounter. He walked in to see my team relaxing after church, non of them knowing whats happen to this point. I tryed to explain, but before I finished, Pino fell to his knees in the middle of the room with hands held high. Tears running down his face to recieve the Lord and to have freedom for the first time in 15 years.

The team surrounded him as Oscar and I passionately prayed for Pino to break free from his chains..
After 5-15 mins of sobbing and yelling he rose from his knees to exclaim to us all how great our God is.

He walked into the house a sad fella bound by his past, and walked out a joyous brother with love covering his heart.
I told him how much I loved him and how much more God loved him. That we were brothers for life and gave him a hug.
He left an imprint on my heart as he walked away straight down the road. No stooper in his stride

Here is another cool story with a drunk fella that God placed in my path ๐Ÿ™‚ As told by Michael Leutwyler,
