How can a person summarize a week at training camp??
Is it seriously possible?? Expecially, if you have good stories flying in and out of Atl Airport like I happen to have!?
How can someone explain the bonds/connections/kinships/relationships that each one of us at camp have created with so many people? How can someone explain the “Squad Olympic”? With the high intensity competing, the puking, screaming, and chanting. The image may not have words to describe the beauty that took place. How can you explain the emotional talks between friends? The kind of talks that keep you up all night, where you feel the time slip by but you really don’t care. Because the moment means so much more than the exhausted feeling that may follow.
How can you explain “Ninja”?? The game that captivated everyones mind! The most awkward positions I’ve ever seen, and engaged in.. Twister move aside! Ninja just made you look elementary. How can you explain the beautiful worship? The passion that everyone put on the floor for the Lord. How do describe the thickness of the holy spirit pouring out around us, through us, in us, and for us!? How can you explain an ATL activity?? If I told you we prayed for the Lord to show us where to go by giving us an image, a word, a sound, a map.. anything, in expectation for Him to use us to extend His kingdom.. Then He did, then He lead the way by showing us those clues He had previously projected for us to assure we were venturing the correct way and following His will. How can I explain that a few of us prayed over a woman in dear need of Gods healing? How about blessing a 12-hour old baby? Or How do you explain deep prayer over others deepest prayers and secrets? Or conversation with a few old ladies that needed a few young people to talk too?
How can you explain Gods goodness??
