These past few days/weeks I’ve been fighting with all my soul to swim against the normal reactions that a worldly person may have in my current situation. Not having the finances it takes to embark on an adventure that I’ve spent the past two months praying for. And expecting the funding to be provided.
To state the obvious, this hasn’t happened the way I planned. 10 days from the departure date, I’m sitting on the floor staring at my celing asking “Why??”.
As if I’ve done something wrong.
As if I could do something to change the situation.
As if I didnt do enough.
Or maybe God is mad at me for not spending enough time in His word!!
It’s ALL LIES!
I ask you again (Paul writing to the Galations), does God give you the Holy Spirit and work miracles among you because you obey the law? Of course not !! It is because you believe the message you heard about Christ. -Galations 3:5
Miracles have nothing to do with physical action. Nothing.
Then Paul goes on to mention “Faith”.
“..It is through faith that a righteous person has life” – Galations 3:11
God give me true life.
He will take care of us.
I need to trust Him, and lean not on my understanding.
Stop being so concerned about “my” plan and go with His.
I am loved. So are you.
